Tunnel Oven

The TurboTherm Oven offers a combination of efficiency and control of the baking process. The unique design combines the prven technology of Direct Gas Firing and a high-powered air convection system. The result is an oven that bakes faster at lower temperatures, uses less fuel, and produces superior product and color uniformity.

The back chamber enclosure is insulated with thermafiber rock wool insulation. The oven wall modules are pre-assembled and insulated at the factory, assuring ease of on-site installation. Consisting of structural channels and angles, the oven framework structure supports the main oven shafts and rollers, bake chamber and the heavy duty chevron mesh belt support on the system.

The mesh belt is driven by the dual drum drive shaft arrangement, which offers excellent drive traction without the use of lugs that cause excessive belt ear. The main drive shafts rotate in oil bath bearings.

The oven is divided into temperature zones for complete baking control and flexibility. Each zone is controlled by a separate digital indicating temperature controller which adjusts the modulating valves.
