Tree Top Acquires Watermill Foods

Tree Top, Inc. has purchased Watermill Foods, Inc. (Milton-Freewater, OR). The purchase was effective May 1. Watermill manufactures frozen cherries, apples and plums, and gives Tree Top an increased capacity for fresh and frozen apple ingredients.

This is Tree Top's second acquisition this year. The first was the February purchase of the former Seneca plant in Prosser, WA.

Tree Top, Inc., headquartered in Selah, WA, has five processing plants in the state of Washington and a bottling facility in southern California. The cooperative has 2,500 grower-owners in the states of Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
