BIRO designs, manufactures, and markets durable and reliable power operated, stainless steel food and meat processing machinery. BIRO is committed to satisfy specific needs of all segments of the food and meat industry: the food retail stores, the food service, and the food processing, including portion control and the seafood processing operations.

BIRO's product line includes over 75 models and variations of Power Cutters, Tenderizers/Knitters, Cubers, Strip Cutters, Horizontal Slicers, Grinders, Mixer/Grinders, Poultry Cutters, Lazy Susan Roasters, and Vacuum Tumblers.

BIRO machines and service are available through a worldwide network of Authorized Distributors with the benefit of factory technical training and technical factory support.
