Stewart Systems Approves ANDEROL Baking Chain Oil 150 For Conveyorized Oven Applications
East Hanover, NJ - ANDEROL Inc., a manufacturer of specialty synthetic lubricants, announced that its ANDEROL Baking Chain Oil 150 has been approved for use in Stewart Systems' Conveyorized Ovens. The approval was based on the test results of the lubricant's characteristics vital for optimal baking chain performance, including evaporation/volatilization rate, thermal oxidative stability, anti-wear characteristics/load capacity, and corrosion/rust prevention.
"Stewart Systems is dedicated to help meet the needs of high-volume baking facilities through innovative product designs and best-in-class technical expertise," says Keith Dietz, conveyorized products manager, Stewart Systems, Inc. "ANDEROL Baking Chain Oil 150 exhibited excellent performance characteristics during testing, and we are confident it will provide our customers an extended lubricant application life and easier maintenance of our conveyorized ovens."
During Stewart Systems' Evaporation/Volatilization Test, ANDEROL Baking Chain Oil 150 only lost 30.77% of its mass after 168 hours in 450ºF temperatures. The average loss was 47.98% of the 14 ester-based products tested. The ANDEROL lubricant did not produce any visible rust in a modified ASTM D-665 test and exhibited a minimal amount of residue after 48 hours at 450ºF in the thermal oxidative stability test. In addition, the product performed better than Stewart Systems' minimum wear life in bearing testing conducted at standard operating conditions of conveyorized ovens.
ANDEROL Baking Chain Oil 150 is now only one of a select group of lubricants approved for use in Stewart Systems' Ovens.
"Optimal baking chain performance is vital to the success of all high-volume baking facilities," says Michael Raab, OEM manager & industry liaison, ANDEROL Inc. "ANDEROL Baking Chain Oil 150 is specifically engineered to meet the lubrication needs of these baking operations so as to ensure minimal downtime and enhanced profitability."
