Series 4000 Sideflexing Chains

The Series 4000 family of Sideflexing Chains has been developed to effectively convey all difficult to handle containers, with increased stability, through radius applications. A secure hold down system, without the need for expensive, magnetic corner tracks, retains the chain through turns. The smooth, continuous surface eliminates troublesome trip points which result in product formation disruption and damage.

The new series of chains include Series 4009 with either closed or easy-to-clean open surfaces, and Series 4014 with a heavy duty closed surfaces.

Additional benefits of the Series 4000 chains:

• Beveled edges insure smooth, trouble-free side transfers
• Chains are retained through turns without expensive magnetic corner tracks. The beveled hold-down is secure, yet permits easy installation and removal for ease of sanitation and maintenance.
