They offer syrups from white and brown rice, as well as certified organic rice syrups and syrup solids produced by spray drying or drum drying many rice syrups.

Traditional rice syrups are lightly filtered to retain low levels of rice oils that impart a buttery flavor note and help mask the beany flavor note in soymilk and other soy-containing products. White rice syrups are available in D.E. 26 – 70; brown rice syrups from D.E. 42 – 70; and organic brown rice syrups from D.E. 42 – 70.

Clarified rice syrups are mechanically filtered to remove the suspended fats, yielding a clear, honey like syrup with a clean overall flavor. Applications include extruded or baked energy and sports bars, beverages and many other products. Clarified white rice syrups, clarified brown rice syrups, and clarified organic white or brown rice syrups are all available from D.E. 26 – 60.

Rice syrups are available in 55 lb pails, 640 lb drums, 3,000 lb disposable totes, or bulk tankers. All syrups are minimum 78 brix.

Spray dried rice syrups can be made from the 26 D.E. rice syrups, and from the 42 and 50 D.E. high maltose syrup options. Spray dried solids are off-white to creamy in appearance. Applications include many dry beverage mixes, especially those prepared for either hypoallergenic formulas or oral rehydration products.

Drum dried rice syrups are available in 42 or 50 D.E. high maltose, or 70 D.E. high glucose varieties. Drum dried solids are pale golden brown in color and have developed a mild caramel flavor from the drying process. The lower D.E. options are often used in powdered beverage mixes while the high D.E. product is most often used in baking applications.
