SI Technologies has paid approximately $10.4 million in cash for Revere Transducers, Inc. Headquartered in Tustin, CA, Revere Transducers is one of the largest manufacturers of electronic weighing load cells, sensors and related devices. The company has another manufacturing facility in Breda, The Netherlands. Revere, which has developed a high level of brand recognition and a loyal customer base, currently commands an estimated 8% share of the world market for electronic weighing load cells.
