Ralcorp Holdings Completes Sale of Beech-Nut Nutrition to Milnot

Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. (St. Louis) has completed the sale of its branded baby food subsidiary, Beech-Nut Nutrition Corporation, to The Milnot Company.

With completion of this transaction, Ralcorp emerges as a leading manufacturer of private label ready-to-eat cereals, crackers and cookies, and snack nuts.

Milnot manufactures branded and private-label food products, including Milnot evaporated and sweetened condensed milk, Chilli Man chili, and salsa. The company operates plants in Litchfield, IL, Seneca, MO, and Denver.
