The unit's precise independent control of relative humidity and temperature allows greater flexibility in determining the exact conditions for multi-product lines. Its advanced control is capable of maintaining temperature and humidity control within +/-2ºF. Accurate control of heat and humidity settings means greater precision, more flexibility and better product quality than is possible with traditional methods. The optional Dual Zone Package separates the system into two independent processes. Each zone has independent conditioning control of temperature and humidity. The systems can accommodate a wide variety of products without changeovers or downtime. Proofing time and conditioning parameters are quickly and easily adjusted to meet product requirements. They are engineered for maximum efficiency in all areas of labor, energy, preventative maintenance, etc. System mechanics are simplified and straightforward, reducing energy costs and keeping operating noise levels below 80 dB.
