uni M-PNB – the new open hinge belt design with Snap Link® modules that simply click together for easy assembly and disassembly.

Snap Link modules require no tools or specialist skills for belt mounting, dismounting and repair, so that downtime is kept to a minimum and conveyor operating efficiency is improved.

Snap Link reduces the number of components meaning fewer spare parts to stock, easier cleaning and low, constant belt weight per linear meter.

• uni M-PNB M1 Snap Link an innovative 40% open plastic mesh belt with a ½" (12.7mm) pitch. The belt is designed for ease of cleaning.
  
• Main application areas include:
  Non oven lines e.g. cooling lines, de watering lines, breading lines, enrobing lines etc.
  
• Available in POM-S and PP. Both materials are FDA approved for contact with food. Other materials may be available on request. Available in standard belt widths from 2" (51 mm) to 120" (3045 mm) in increments of 2".
  
• Basic module sizes: K1200 (304,5 mm), K400 (101,3 mm) and K200 (50,5 mm)
