Oven Model MT--8-16/MT-8-24

- Front and front corners made of stainless steel.
- Side and back pannels made of aluminum, don't need painting.
- Digital reading thermostat with electronic timer.
- Lightweight aluminum door, counter balanced for easy opening. Folds down as a loading shelf or tempered full glass sliding door, door disappears in the top front oven.
- Manhole on left or right side allows access the inside the oven.
- Electric and gas connections located on top of oven so maintenance and repairs can be made from the front of the oven.
- Damper allows cooling without opening the oven's door.
- Panoramic window above loading door allows for easy inspection of food being baked without opening the oven's door.
- Graphite bushings on all mobile parts eliminate the need for lubricants.
