BREWING
This brewing expertise allowed Northwestern to get into packaging malt syrup, dried malt extract, and hops for the home brewing market. All syrups are machine packaged, piston injector filled, nitrogen purged, and shipped directly to the retailer. Making Northwestern Malt Extract the freshest and highest quality malt extract available to home brewers.

Each kit makes one gallon and ferments out in 3 weeks. Classic liquor is a good way to get started in craft brewing without the need for a lot of equipment. All you need is a glass gallon jug and a siphon tube (which we can supply) and sugar. Everything else is included in the kit - a great gift idea.
