Sixty-six years ago, Bruce Ritenburg, Sr., of Dunkirk, New York, produced his first batch of chocolate in the family kitchen. Confident in the quality of his chocolate, Mr.Ritenburg took his new product to the local dairies in hopes of making a sale. He succeeded and Nog, Incorporated was born.
