New Battery Operated Bench Scale From Scanvaegt
Scanvaegt has introduced a new battery operated bench scale equipped with the company's latest weighing indicator. The novelty is called ScanWi 411 Battery.
ScanWi 411 Battery offers all the advantages of the conventional model but on top of that you get full flexibility. The bench scale can easily be relocated from one place in the factory to another as needed.
It is also ideal for many outdoor applications where electricity is not immediately available or costly to establish.
A high level of hygiene is made possible as the ScanWi 411 Battery stands intense washing down, steam, high humidity, hot water and most chemical foaming agents.
When the going gets tough...
The scale itself has a unique overload protection system, which means that the 3-kg scales easily withstands overload of as much as 500 kg (16,666%)! It has a stainless steel load cell and a flexible weighing plate carrier system to ensure long-term, consistent accuracy because there is equal pull in the load cell regardless of where the product is placed on the weighing plate. The weighing plate carrier system is held by a double flexure blade parallelogram to make sure that side loads do not reach the load cell. The scales in Scanvaegt's 1025 bench scale series are patented.
The bench scales range from 3 kg to 300 kg covering virtually all static weighing needs in food processing industries.
Keep it simpleā¦and waterproof
Scanvaegt has put a lot of effort in making the ScanWi 411 indicator extremely easy to use (it is possible to train operators in minutes). Its filter stabilising software makes the scales very fast and steady, even in the presence of vibrations from a table or other machines.
It can be used for tasks like checkweighing, packing to target weight, manual grading (up to 9 weight zones) and also reverse weighing.
Just like the scales the ScanWi 411 Battery weighing indicator withstanding the harsh environments encountered in food production processes and it is housed in a fully waterproof stainless steel cabinet (to IP 66 standards).
