Medium-Speed Flow Wrapper

Klockner Hansel0 and Klockner Hansel are two versions of a medium-speed horizontal flow wrapper, designed for bakery and confectionery applications. Operating at speeds to 350 packs per minute, Klockner Hansel0 is servo driven, while the mechanically driven Pack 20 runs up to 300 packs per minute. These machines apply one folded seal underneath the package (fin seal) and two cross seals at the ends.

Capable of using either cold- or heat-sealable films, both versions of the new flow wrapper are easy to operate, clean and maintain, with a cantilevered, modular design. A variety of infeed and discharge systems can be integrated into the wrapper. Products may be hand-fed, and semi-automatic and fully automatic feeding options are available. Thanks to thermostatic temperature control of the sealing rollers and jaws, heat is spread evenly, facilitation the use of temperature-sensitive films.
