MECA Style Pan

This MECA Style Baguette Pan features heavy duty stainless steel welded frame construction and aluminum top sheet, designed for automatic systems. Flutes have both ends open for easy product discharge. The pan features a ridge and groove for easy and stable stacking. It is available in a standard overall dimension of 800 x 600mm and a flute size of 27mm deep x 78mm wide. It is coated with Capway Elast for low cost, clean, nonstick baking.
