Make-Up Line

The Euroline Make-Up Line is designed for quick product changeovers and highest flexibility due to the employment of standardized attachments that guarantee consistent quality. Working processes such as cutting, moistening, filling, forming and traying-up of the dough pieces are combines to an automatic, continuous process. A laminated and spooled up dough sheet is passed through the calibrating head, which regulates the belt's entry speed: belt speed, filling distance and cutting length are easily adjusted via the clearly arranged control panel.

The filling unit for interrupted or continuous spots of various types of fillings contributes to a quick changeover between different products, as all parts getting in contact with the filling can be easily disassembled and cleaned without any tool. Production can continue immediately without wasting time for cleaning. The adjustment of the spot depositing unit guarantees exact filling weights and regularity of the individual fillings during the complete production process.
