Blue Diamond Growersf macadamia nuts is tailored to tight specifications and shipped in 25-lb foil cartons. The company produces a full range of selected kernels that are sized based on the number of kernels per 100 grams. Whole grades are available in 30, 40 and 50's, and contain a minimum of 90% whole kernels.

Style 2 is a combination of 50% halves and pieces that are larger than 5/16. Available in dry and oil roasted forms, they are said to be a favorite among roasters. Style 4 consists of natural halves and pieces that pass through a 32/65 round hole screen (RHS) but stay on top of a 24/64 RHS and have a maximum of 45% whole kernels. This style is commonly found in cookie products.

A full line of diced products is offered, designed to add color, flavor and texture to products. Diced is available in raw and roasted forms.
