Todd took over a local artisan bakery in 2023 and rebranded it to Leavity Bread & Coffee around a year ago.
His bakery supplies local markets, restaurants, coffee shops, cafés, and farmers markets throughout the Salt Lake City area. It opened a retail bakery store in February 2023, followed by a café in May 2024.

The new system allows Todd to process orders and run production reports during quiet periods in the early afternoon, helping the team stay ahead on mise en place and prep schedules.
