Labeling System

The 35W Labeling System applies full wrap labels onto cylindrical containers. The 35W provides the most precise and repeatable label application available by speed matching the servo driven applicator to the wrap assembly and the variable speed encoded conveyor. It also features a CTC touchscreen operator interface that will store up to 99 different product sets, a rate meter, label counters, low roll and broken web indicators, online troubleshooting help screens and no-tool changeover.

The rotary-based pressure sensitive labeler is precisely controlled to apply front and back, multi-panel, or wraparound labels at high speeds. Designed specifically for the pharmaceutical and health care industries, the system features a user-friendly touchscreen operator interface, the 90 Series servo-motor driven push/pull label applicators, cam or servo-motor container manipulation and off-the-shelf drive components throughout.

The labeler is an extremely versatile front and back wraparound labeling system designed to perform a wide range of label applications with accuracy, flexibility and durability. It has stepper-driven applicators for precise label application, and the heads are speed-matched to the conveyor. With standard no-tool adjustment and a more direct web path, it is easy to operate and change over from one product to another. The unit is designed to apply paper, film, or thin-film pressure sensitive labels to a wide variety of rectangular, cylindrical and other containers.
