The ALS 306 and 309 are the first products of a new range of modular labelers by Avery Dennison. Their modular and robust concept allows high speed, wide labels and flexible integration – which makes it optimally suited for highly demanding industrial applications.
When you acquire a new labeling machine, you want to make sure it fits in perfectly with your existing production line. This is exactly what the ALS 306 and 309 can do for you.
The wind unit can be mounted in various places on the module. Top, left side, right side as needed for your application. Also the machines can be integrated horizontally or vertically.
And if you want, a second wind unit can even be added, along with a manual splicing unit, so a new label roll will be ready to go and reloaded in short order. And the ALS 306 can support apply-speeds of up to 60 meters per minute or, in other words, up to 1000 labels per minute!
