KopyKake

The Kopykake company has been in business since 1970. Some twenty-five years ago, the owner of a busy retail bakery in California became so inundated with requests for cakes decorated to match the napkins and party favors of their children's favorite cartoon characters that he decided that there had to be a better way to reduce the time to do these popular cakes, as well as to make this method accessible to all cake decorates. This would allow those expert decorators to cut their time to just minutes, as well as making it possible for all decorators to create this type of cake, even if they had no drawing ability.

He then developed the first Kopykake projector that enabled the user to project virtually any image directly onto the cake top in full color. It was realized that this projector could also have artist applications.

Over the years, we've developed products for both cake decorators and artists of all types.
