Due to the ever changing needs of the industry, KB Systems is continuously investing heavily in research and development to provide the most gentle, versatile and user-friendly equipment for dough processing. The KB Divider is manufactured in 4,5,6,8,9, or 10 rows and can produce up to 30,000 pieces per hour.
The KB Variety Roll Line can produce dinner rolls, kaiser rolls, split rolls, Portuguese rolls, and long rolls. The line is capable of around the clock production with minimal maintenance. KB Systems also offers a combination line for roll and bread production with a scaling range from 1 to 20 ounces.
For tortilla production, KB Systems provides inline dough ball makeup systems and dual press loading systems. The single press machines operate at 16 to 18 strokes a minute and can produce from 5,760 to 12,980 units per hour. For two press systems, production rates of 10,800 to 17,280 tortillas per hour can be achieved.
The KB Flour Handling System is now manufactured in round, square and rectangular shapes with capacities from 10,000 up to 120,000 pound per silo and are available in epoxy coated steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Modular design and bolted construction facilitate installation in minimal space. The units are equipped with fluidized beds for trouble free discharge and are available in either positive pressure conveying or negative pressure conveying with flow rates of 50 to 200 pounds per minute.
