Indexers, Reciprocators, and Conveyors

A range of machines, including indexers, reciprocators, and conveyors, can complete a production line or can be integrated with existing equipment. The company manufactures pan indexers, peel board indexers, and combination pan/board indexers. They are electronically servo-driven, which provides exact timing functions and precision movement to place pans and product into exact position for loading.

The machines provide smoother starts, stops, and panning as well as preventing pan damage common to mechanical indexers with clutch and brake systems from other manufacturers. The indexers can be equipped with corn meal dusters, rice flour dusters, or both. Another feature of the indexers is a vertical stack magazine feeder for automatic pan/board feeding. The reciprocators offer cycling at 100 rows per min., which translates to 25 pans or boards per min. Various widths and stroke lengths are available to suit the customers applications. The conveyors are available in single-top, dual tabletop, and slider-bed style.
