Heavy Duty Baguette Pan

This Baguette Pan features heavy-duty all aluminum welded frame construction and a top sheet. It is totally enclosed on all four sides. This style pan features round corners plus a stacking ridge for easy and stable stacking. It is available in a standard overall dimension of 800mm x 600mm, with a standard flute size of 27mm deep x 78mm wide. It is coated with Capway Elast for low cost, clean, non-stick baking.
