The breads are par-baked in authentic hearth ovens and have a crisp crust with a moist, chewy texture and excellent shelf life. Low in fat and made with unbleached and unbromated flour, the artisan breads require no skilled labor - just thaw and warm in conventional oven to reap incremental sales.
