Donna Marie's Gluten Free Bakery Announces New Gluten Free Bread Dough in Oven Ready Packaging

Rochester, NY - Donna Marie's Gluten Free Bakery announces its new bake and serve gluten free (GF) bread doughs. This is a first to market product that offers the gluten intolerant community another choice for fresh GF baked goods.

The bread doughs are frozen and packaged in an oven ready bake pan so that they can be thawed, allowed to rise and baked when the customer desires. Initially available are Honey Multigrain and Cinnamon Raisin varieties, these breads are the first in the Donna Marie's Gluten Free Bakery, bake and serve product line. Commercial kitchens can also see a benefit using this product in their bakeries, or food service facilities.

A spokesman for the company commented, "These products offer the gluten intolerant community, the ability to have fresh baked breads in their homes when they want them. The fact that the product is prepared in a dedicated GF facility eliminates time and also cross-contamination issues that mixing the dough at home can generate. Our initial customer feedback has been great."
