G&H Products, Alfa Laval Pumps and Alfa Laval Saunders Combine

G&H Products Corp.; Pleasant Prairie, WI, Alfa Laval Pumps Inc.; Kenosha, WI, and Alfa Laval Saunders Inc.; Houston, TX, will form one company - Alfa Laval Flow Inc. The new company's headquarters will be at the present G&H Products location. All three companies are currently part of Alfa Laval.

G&H Products serves the sanitary flow industry with a full line of pumps, valves, fittings, and measuring and control equipment. Alfa Laval Pumps and Alfa Laval Saunders serve the industrial flow industries, as well as municipalities.

Each company will maintain its specific market focus and distribution channel as a separate division within Alfa Laval Flow Inc. The three divisions of Alfa Laval Flow Inc. include: Industrial Pump Division (formerly Alfa Laval Pumps Inc.), Industrial Valve Division (formerly Alfa Laval Saunders Inc.), G&H Division (formerly G&H Products Corp.)

The G&H Division and the Industrial Pump Division will be housed at the corporate office location in Pleasant Prairie. Operations of the Industrial Valve Division will remain at its current location in Houston.

The integration of the three companies is to streamline the many cross-functional departments that are currently separate at each organization. In addition to warehousing, several departments including Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Information Systems, Planning, and Technical Services will support all divisions of Alfa Laval Flow Inc.

Keith Potts, current president of G&H Products, has been named president of Alfa Laval Flow Inc. Potts will also continue to act as general manager for the G&H Division. John Lorscheider has been appointed general manager for the Industrial Pump Division of Alfa Laval Flow Inc. Brian Tripoli, of Alfa Laval Saunders, has been named vice president and general manager of the Industrial Valve Division at Alfa Laval Flow Inc.
