Garon Showcases Mortarthane SL, Mortarthane HF & Decorpoxy At Gathering Of Food Industry Leaders

Garon stands apart by presenting Mortarthane SL and Mortarthane HF, concrete floor resurfacers, designed to protect concrete floors in the harshest environments with requirement for frequent high temperature washing or steam cleaning. Also areas subject to constant risk of point impact damage, areas requiring slip resistance even when wet and where the risk of constant chemical attack is present.

Mortarthane SL is self-leveling and provides an extremely tough, durable, floor topping. Repeated exposure to hot oil or steam does not cause pitting or cracking which makes this coating ideal for extreme heat/chemical environments. Typical applications include: food and chemical processing areas, bakeries, warehouses, cook/chill areas and sanitize/wash areas.

Mortarthane HF is trowel-applied with superior chemical resistance designed for the most abusive environments to withstand aggressive chemical and thermal attack while providing abrasion resistance. Both resurfacers meet USDA, FDA and OSHA standards.

In addition to this exciting news, Garon introduces Decorpoxy, a decorative epoxy resurfacer, which is non-shrinking, quick setting and resistant to thermal and physical shock, abrasion, water, acids, alkalis and solvents. Available in a wide range of colors, Decorpoxy floors are non-skid and are ideal for installation in washrooms or similar areas where water flooding occurs and sure footing is a paramount safety requirement. Typical applications include: kitchens, restaurants, food handling/processing areas, boiler rooms, washrooms, wet areas and storerooms. Easy trowel application.
