This machine is said to offer maximum product flexibility as it can quickly be adjusted to scale anywhere from 1-oz. to 6-oz sizes to produce bagels ranging from mini to "bull" size. In addition, optional attachments are available to convert the machine for the production of energy bars, molded rolls, hoagies and bolillos.
