Accurate results from 0.05 to 25 PPM are obtained in under one minute, making the new chlorine test strip ideal for the food and medical industries, as well as home use. Strips are packaged in either bottles or foil packs labeled with a detailed color chart.
This patented test is an attractive alternative to wet chemical free chlorine tests for several reasons. A mechanical reader is not required, even with the 0.05-PPM sensitivity. The indicator is reactive only to free chlorine without interference from monochloramines.
The product is safe and easy to use since there are no chemicals to mix, and MSDS is not required and the indicator is noncarcinogenic.
