Fincor was founded in 1952 as the Fidelity Instrument Corporation, by engineers schooled in fresh new technology developed during the war years. From the beginning, we were oriented toward a philosophy of simple, reliable solutions to complex control problems. The products of our early days were magnetic amplifier voltage and frequency regulators and special adjustable speed drives for industrial and military applications.

We developed our first static, electronic drive in 1962 at the dawn of the SCR age of power controls. Our expertise in this field has been expanded over the years to include solutions for virtually any application where controlled motion is required. For many years we have been a major supplier to OEM markets and continue to produce "private label" equipment for a large number of quality oriented customers.
