PSI Peripheral Solutions Inc. High-Speed Dispensing System will personalize customer orders by printing and inserting one or multiple documents into a tote or box riding on a conveyor system. The S600 enables distributors to personalize an order with a letter, invoice or packing slip in an automated, faster, less expensive manner.
With speeds of 1,800 pieces per hour and higher, this inserting solution can be utilized in a number of high-speed production applications. The Inserter can integrate with most warehouse software packages and is compatible with most conveyor lines. In addition, the circuit board can easily be upgraded to accommodate in-line bar code readers or other input and output devices.
The unitcan also stand alone and insert pre-printed material such as manuals, CD ROMS, brochures and so on.
