The two products in the Power Bake line of products, PowerBake 9903 and PowerBake 808 were designed specifically for use in high speed automated bakeries. The unique enzymes and emulsifiers provide excellent dough strengthening properties, gluten reduction and a viable bromate alternative. In addition, the products minimize the risk of sticky dough and can be added to either the sponge or dough and improve the volume and crumb structure of bread and buns.

PowerBake 9903 is a new generation of enzymatic dough strengthener in a convenient, easy-to-use tablet form. The tablets provide excellent dough strengthening properties in addition to increasing the dough stability and improving the volume of breads and buns.

PowerBake 808 combines the excellent dough improvement effect of Panodan with the superior performance of a new generation of hemicellulase in one convenient, easy-to-use form.
