Egg washers, plastic tray washers, electronic crack detectors, automatic candling, ink jet printing, automatic box packing, and tray stacking systems have all been developed by Diamond and sold worldwide. A full range of egg breaking and separating equipment is also available, along with the capacity to build a complete egg products plant with egg dryers and packaging systems.
Three farmpackers with capacities from 22,000 to 54,000 eggs per hour are manufactured and marketed by Diamond to collect and pack directly from the egg production facilities. A new deep pocket plastic 30 egg tray is also available to safely transport eggs from production to processing plants. Diamond has truly been the leader and creator of innovative ideas and designs for increased production, reduced labor and the use of advanced technology for the egg processor. The company was first to introduce high speed egg grading and egg breakers. The first electronic blood detector and crack detector, tray stacker and the first inline egg grader and breaker combined system. Most of the features and designs of any egg processing machines today were first introduced by Diamond, whose customers are the leaders in their respective markets. Diamond has led the development of electronic yolk detection, and egg weighing systems integrated into breaking and separating machines for egg product plants.

Diamond Systems manufactures it's complete product line in a modern 14,000 square meter plant in the United States, and has offices, parts and service in Europe, Latin America, Canada, and the Far East. The company was started in 1934 as Keen Manufacturing, merged with Page Detroit to become part of Diamond International, before becoming a private company in 1983.
