Colborne's Cake and Muffin Depanner removes product from pans and places them onto adjacent packing belt or directly into trays.

The product may be depanned and placed into trays in a different configuration by moving them closer or further apart in either dimension during the motion from pan to tray. For higher operating speeds multiple pans are depanned in each cycle, thus easily reaching a speed of 20 or more pans per minute.

Colborne's Depanner is the only automatic machine available with interchangeable fork and vacuum product removal units. This machine also works well with danish pastry or pizza crusts.
