When used with mechanical freezers, immersion and cryogenic tunnel freezers complete 20 to 25 percent of the total freeze in seconds, increasing the freezing efficiency of your mechanical system. Products are prevented from sticking to the conveyor, thus improving the quality and appearance of the end product and increasing the life of the mechanical freezer's belt.
