Corner Bakery Cafe Selects PAR Technology's PixelPoint Software And Industry Leading Hardware Platform
New Hartford, NY - CBC Restaurant Corp., operator of Corner Bakery Cafe, announced the selection of ParTech, Inc.'s integrated hospitality management technology solution for its restaurant operations; selecting PAR's Pixel Point software application suite and ViGo hardware terminals for their cafes. PAR will also provide lifecycle support services for the technology systems in the restaurants. ParTech, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation, is a leader in technical hospitality solutions for hotels and restaurants, and entertainment venues.
CBC Restaurant Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Il Fornaio (America) Corporation, was recently formed in an acquisition involving Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill, & Co., LLC. BRS & Co. is a New York-based private equity firm with extensive experience in restaurant acquisitions. BRS owns controlling interest in Il Fornaio, which operates 23 Italian dinner houses.
