Chocovision
First on the agenda for ChocoVision was providing a machine that could process a substantially higher volume of melted and tempered chocolate while maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy. The design team at ChocoVision used existing technology and applied it to larger capacity scenarios. Several months of meticulous research went into the refinement of this system. All of this development was conducted in conjunction with a thorough testing and analysis program. Once the desired results were achieved and final testing completed, The Revolation X went into full-scale production. The Revolation X provided users the opportunity to melt and temper up to 10 lbs of pure chocolate at a time. This innovative new product could put ten pounds of chocolate in temper in slightly over one hour and keep it in temper for extended periods of time. The stainless steel construction and space efficient design met the demand for the busy chocolate professional. The Revolation X was simple to operate and easily produced over 80 pounds of perfectly tempered chocolate in an average day. The demand was enormous and ChocoVision revamped to accommodate this new line of commercial products.
Concurrent with the development of the Revolation X was that of the Revolation K5 Commercial Temperers. Representing ChocoVision's most ambitious product to date, the K5 series combined the capacity and performance of the Revolation X with the most advanced tempering software available. The K5 series features fully programmable temperature cycles, which can be safely stored in memory and recalled for later use. The K5 has a large custom fluorescent display window with a dynamic temperature bar and both Fahrenheit and Centigrade readouts. Advanced features are ChocoVision's exclusive "Extended Temper Mode" (ETM), a sophisticated software program combining measured temperature variations with agitation variables to allow for maximum time frames of holding temper. A series of customized and programmable "Bowl Pauses" are available for all applications. Ambient temperature and relative humidity alerts come standard with all K5 models, as do "Drip Feed" and "Overnight Mode" temperature holding programs. In summary, the K5 line of Commercial Temperers represents the very latest in tempering technology for mid to large scale manufacturing facilities as well as the most sophisticated laboratory environments.
