So Good, So Fresh, So Fast Raleigh - Cafe Carolina and Bakery, a high-end North Carolina-based Cafe/Bakery, celebrates the opening of the newest location at The Arboretum at Weston in Cary, NC. The Arboretum is located at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Weston Parkway - just off of I-40. The new look was developed in conjunction with the prestigious Chicago-based architectural firm of Aumiller & Youngquist, known for their expertise in restaurant design and sensitivity to a community's heritage. The timeless Carolina and Charleston inspired interior exposed red brick, fieldstone floors, weathered hardwoods, curling wrought iron, old-fashioned ceiling fans and artwork and murals—the gracious Southern charm of this delightful café and bakery —exudes a welcoming warmth to all who enter. Cafe Carolina and Bakery at The Arborteum at Weston will be open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and Sunday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Cafe Carolina and Bakery offers sit-down dining and fast Cafe To Go. Cafe Carolina and Bakery has been serving fresh, quality food since opening the first Cafe/Bakery in Raleigh's Cameron Village in 1995.
