Butt-Weld and Automatic Weld Fittings

These butt-weld fittings, designed for permanent installation, are manufactured in Type 304 and 316L stainless steel for lightweight, high-strength and corrosion resistance. Four finish combinations of polished and non-polished I.D. and O.D. are available.

Size 1" through 3" are manufactured with 16 Gauge (.065) wall thickness; 4" tube size, 14 Gauge (083). Butt-weld fittings also are available in ½" and ¾" tube O.D. sizes.

Automatic Weld Fittings are designed for field installation using any commercial orbital welder. The company's AWF can be specified with 20 ra, 15 ra or electropolish inside diameter finish. All material is 316L stainless steel etched for material certification. Each fitting is capped and bagged after final cleaning.
