BOC Gases Offers Technical Hotline For U.S. and Canadian Customers

BOC Gases (Murray Hill, NJ) has announced a specialty gases Technical Hotline for callers in the United States and Canada who are interested in BOC special gases and related products. The technical support service provides assistance Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST to BOC special gases customers.

Set up to provide support and information on product quality, analytical services, gas properties, and proper gas handling procedures, the hotline is also equipped to lend application, safety, and gas handling systems assistance.

"The Technical Hotline is a tool to provide our customers with one-on-one support regarding their use of our special gases and gas handling equipment," said BOC's John Lewis, marketing manager, special products. "A BOC technical support representative functions as a direct link to the vast BOC technical resources in order to address questions callers may have," added Lewis.
