Since Biospherics' founding in 1967, its Biotechnology Division has been the Company cornerstone. Its inventions have enjoyed wide application, stretching, literally, from Earth to Mars. All of its inventions and services have been socially beneficial and environmentally friendly. This is also true of the Company's other divisions, Government Services, Commercial Services, and Information Technology, which supply important health information and other knowledge and services to the public on behalf of our clients. Biospherics' Biotechnology Division now seeks to fill a major health and environmental need by supplying a pesticide that is safe to humans, animals and the environment.

FlyCrackerTM evolved from the common evolutionary thread connecting our inventions: a continuing and expanding study of how relatively simple molecules affect fundamental life processes. We are proficient because all of our practical inventions stem from our pioneering discoveries. This is true of our efforts in supplying a low-calorie, full bulk sweetener that is safe for the general population and for Type 2 diabetics, developing methods to identify harmful bacteria very rapidly, treating diseases, removing wastewater pollutants, extending the lifetimes of fragrances and cosmetics, and conducting space experiments for NASA. And this sound methodology guides us yet into a promising future. Even before FlyCracker broke into the market, we began using knowledge gained in its development to work on safe pesticides for the control of other pests.

Biospherics became a publicly held corporation (NASDAQ/BINC) in 1969.
