Bakery Café Introduces Artisan Ciabatta Bread

Smyrna, GA - Ciabatta is an artisan bread with Italian origin. Its distinct crisp crust and soft inside add a casual sophistication to any sandwich. From now through mid-April, Atlanta Bread Company invites guests to try special menu items including two new sandwiches served on ciabatta bread. Atlanta Bread Company's new ciabatta bread is a permanent offering and will also be sold in the bakery for guests to enjoy at home. Three new dessert bars have also been developed for the bakery. These menu items can be found at Atlanta Bread Company locations.

"We've brought back a customer favorite, the Cajun Tuna Grill sandwich, but are now serving it on ciabatta bread gives which gives this classic a fresh new twist," said Jennifer Madison, senior brand and communications manager for Atlanta Bread Company. "We're pleased to offer Atlanta Bread guests new great-tasting choices, including dessert bars to please a sweet tooth at any meal during the day."

The following flavorful menu items are available at Atlanta Bread Company until April 15:

• Turkey Club Rustica Sandwich: Sliced roasted turkey topped with provolone cheese, green leaf lettuce, tomato, red onion, crisp bacon, and a flavorful sun-dried tomato pesto, on ciabatta bread.
• Cajun Tuna Grill Sandwich: Tuna salad mixed with Cajun spices, topped with cheddar cheese and ripe tomatoes, served grilled on ciabatta bread.
• Sour Cream Crumble Bar and Raspberry Ripple Bar: Moist coffee cake, topped with delicious strudel, or crowned with raspberry filling and strudel.
• Pumpkin Sour Cream Swirl Bar: Pumpkin cake swirled with cream cheese and topped with toasted pumpkin seeds.
