The 2B-SYS utilizes a two-cavity rotary divider and proofing conveyor to feed a two column former. The divider accepts dough slabs and accurately scales from one to five ounce pieces. All components are supported by heavy duty casters for easy positioning. This two man operation produces 6000 bagels per hour.
