E. Guittard is a line of artisan crafted chocolate in the French tradition using the world's most select cocoa beans. By melding Old World vintage methods, such as slow roasting and stone grinding with modern techniques using state-of-the-art Swiss and German refiners and conches, the company presents a large spectrum of flavor characteristics that not only enhance the end product for the professional pastry chef and home cook, but which also stand alone for connoisseurs of premium chocolate bars.

There are currently three products available, each with unique taste profiles, viscosities and applications:

L'Etoile du Matin – tawny Criollo cacao with multidimensional flavor release and lingering berry notes.

L'Harmonie – a smooth, rich chocolate with low and medium roast Criollo cacao beans featuring raisin brown top notes, a hint of nuttiness and a clean, straightforward chocolatly finish

La Nuit Noire – a deep, dark high roast Arriba and Criollo cacao with Burgundy notes and hints of vanilla.
