Staley Products
Sweeteners- Staley produces a variety of nutritive corn sweeteners widely used in the food and beverage industries. The company's flagship product line is high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), a replacement for sugar that is used by every major soft drink manufacturer in the U.S.

Food Starches- The company's highly functional food starches have long been used to provide texture and body to foods such as sauces, gravies, soups and desserts. Staley food starch ingredients include traditional high performance cook-up starches, maltodextrins, pregelled products and specialty starches, as well as granular instant starches and fat replacers. These starches are derived from dent and waxy corn, potatoes and tapioca.

Staley manufacturers more than 350 food and industrial starch products and now markets a full line of acidulants and citrates for the food and non-food markets.
