What is it?

• An upgraded Division Wide Toll Free 800 Number that provides customer service for Sasib Wrapper Feeders and Wrappers, Clybourn Cartoners and Parson's Scales and Baggers.

How To Use It

• Call 800-727-4210 (800-SASIB-10) and listen to the series of options that will walk you through the steps to your choice of service and locations, whether it is parts assistance or service scheduling.

• If you are calling during working hours for Parts Assistance, the menu will prompt you as follows to get you to the Right People at the Right Location with the Right Information. For SASIB Wrapper Parts and Clybourn Cartoners you will be forwarded to Geert, Marlene, Sue or Faye at the DePere, Wisconsin plant.
  For Parsons Parts, you will be forwarded to Karen at our Hayward, California location.

• If you are calling during working hours for Service Assistance, the menu will send you to Tony for wrappers, cartoners, and Parsons service.

• If you call after hours, 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. CST, you will have options to choose from that will allow you to leave messages with our 24-hour answering service for parts orders and service scheduling or emergency needs.

  SASIB is currently working on a 24-hour 800 number that will enable us to answer most questions about replacement parts on the spot, anytime of day or night.
