Details

Lift EZ 2000 ... At one time bakers needed at least one strong man to move and handle large quantities of dough. Now Lift EZ 2000 can give your smallest assistant the ability to move up to 300 pounds of raw product by themselves.

What Is It?... Lift EZ 2000 is a mixing bowl lift designed to dump 140 quart mixing bowls from their dollies to standard kneading tables, without back strain.

How It Works ... The process is simple. The Lift EZ 2000 fastens to the floor under the kneading table. When not in use, this 16" x 32" x 30" high devise is totally out of the way of your workers. No valuable floor space is taken. When needed, the flip of a catch allows the arms to swing out and the mixing bowl is rolled into the stainless steel lifting arms, and is then lifted onto the kneading table. After the dough is rolled out, the Lift EZ 2000 returns the empty bowl to its dolly, and again tucks out of sight.

Standard Features and Options

The Lift EZ 2000 runs off 115 volt electricity. It is designed to fit 140 quart bowls and dump onto standard kneading tables. There is a 5 year warranty on structure and 1 year warranty on electrical components. A toll free support line is provided. Options include fittings for 80 quart or custom sized bowls. Custom colored paint or table height adjustments can be requested.
