Ashworth Bros., Inc.ybrid Belting provides a plastic conveying surface for clean release of frozen foods that combines proven steel belting technology with an HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) surface. Designed with an open construction, the belting provides good air flow for faster freezing and reduces energy consumption. It is easy to clean, making it appropriate for all frozen foods, and high sanitation applications such as meat, poultry and fish as well as dough and other soft products.
With no hard to clean holes or slots, and no close-fitting surfaces to trap product debris, the belt's surface makes an excellent non-stick, clean-release surface. The steel support structure provides extra support for the belt, eliminating extraneous insulating plastic that can inhibit rapid freezing, while providing maximum product support for wet and soft products.
